"Reached out to Steve Woodrum's office to get a quote on car and property insurance as my current insurance had continuously risen every year, even with no claims. After speaking with the office, I found out that I was overpaying by a lot. I wasn't even getting the best insurance. I was given a policy that had more complete coverage, AND at a lower rate. "Josie is the sweetest! This is the first time I’ve had to sign up for my own insurance and I already love it here. She made the process so easy and quick. Best place and people! Update I’ve now been with them for about 6 months now and I love it. Steve even sends Christmas and birthday cards in the mail, so thoughtful. The best place you can find is right here!!"

"Steve Woodrum’s office was great to work with. The reason for a 4 star rating rather than a five star rating is due to State Farm’s claim office taking a longer time than I would expect to approve my window replacement. Once my agent’s office checked into things, the approval happened quickly."
